I am a Darwin-based photographer aimed at providing high quality and accessible portrait and event photography. I am Darwin born and have raised my family here, so am well aware of the environment; both in terms of its beauty and its challenges. Whilst Darwin, Northern Territory is the main area I service, I am happy to travel to other destinations to photograph your special moments.
Much of my photography takes place outdoors at one of the many beautiful photo locations Darwin has to offer. However, I do have a purpose built studio located in the Northern Suburbs for newborn, sitter and cake smash photography.

I value your investment in my photographic services and will make sure you feel comfortable at all times during your photo shoot. Each digital image you will receive is professionally edited and of a large enough file size and resolution to allow you to print your own enlargements, canvas prints, etc.

Darwin maternity photographer, Sharon Mac Photographics, offers studio maternity photography, outdoor maternity photography, sunset maternity photography and milk bath maternity photography. Choose from my ever popular outdoor sunset session, a more natural outdoor session, or a milk bath session. I have a large range of maternity gowns available for hire for exclusive use in your maternity photography session with me.
Darwin newborn photographer, Sharon Mac Photographics, offers two types of newborn photograph; Studio newborn photography sessions or newborn lifestyle photography sessions. It is an honour to be the first to capture your newborn's professional images. Your newborn's safety is of utmost importance to me throughout their session.
Sitter sessions are held when your baby can sit unaided but cannot yet walk. They are designed to capture your baby's personality, with posed and at play images captured. 10 digital full resolution images of your choice via secure digital download gallery (additional digital images from your session can be purchased).

Sharon has captured some truly amazing photos of my little family. She has covered our maternity, newborn, family photos with the grandparents and will soon capture our wedding photos.
She was fantastic with my son who bonded to her very quickly and made the photoshoots stress free and fun. The photos are absolutely beautiful and i highly recommend her to anyone :)

Searched high and low for a good photographer and we have found one. I don't like being infront of the camera but felt at ease with Sharon and ended up having plenty of laughs. Sharon was also very accomodating and able to squeeze in my maternity photo shoot while I was in early labour as I had left things until the last minute. She also did our newborn photo shoot which was an absolute breeze, as new sleep deprived parents we weren't sure how it would pan out but we had nothing to worry about, Sharon has the touch! Just recently we had a mini Christmas session with my son now 4 months old and
