I had a massive coffee stain on my white carpet. I called up and made a booking. 24 hrs later Sam came and now my carpet looks brand new like there was never any stain. He was very professional,quick and thorough. And also an amazing bloke. I wold definitely recommend them as they are definitely a 5 star business.

Rather disappointed. Refused to move any furniture. The upholstery was not cleaned properly. The carpet was done quite well except not under any furniture. I now need to get another company in to redo. Not at all what I was expecting to get.

Called a week in advance to have my carpets cleaned. Swift communication with Dominique which I can't fault (hence 2 stars). Was given a 2 hour window of eta. Eta came and went. No communication from the business until I had to call and was told would likely be another hour. I wish I had all day to sit around and hope someone would come but the professionalism is lacking here especially with a week's notice with loose times was given

After an horrendous experience with Halwest Property Services (I strongly advise not to use them - see my Google review for further details) I urgently needed an end of tenancy carpet clean as Halwest didn't do it even though they said they would.
I called Deluxe Carpet Cleaning and they were able to arrange a service the next day - the guy arrived on time and did a great job and was very professional in his attitude, in stark contrast to the other company.
