We are a Newcastle family law firm that provides you with a personal and dedicated, specialist family law service. Family Law is all we do, and we do it well. If you have separated and need guidance, we can help you whether you were married or de-facto (living together without being married), and whether you were in an opposite-sex relationship, or in a same-sex relationship.

Negotiating an agreement with your ex-partner about who your children should live with, and what time they should spend with the other parent (previously referred to as child 'custody' disputes).
There is plenty of two-hour metred parking right out the front of our office, and there is plenty of free, un-metred on-street parking nearby. We are only a short drive or light rail trip to the Newcastle Registry of the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court.
