Kelly was extremely friendly and honest about the house buying process. The COVID lockdowns made the process of viewing and visiting properties difficult but Kelly accommodate our request for an online viewing even when they were a new process.

They were great when buying my property, but not when managing my rental property. Kelly made a few big mistakes, which ended up costing me. She did not run any background check or rental history check on the tenants. When said tenants moved out, Kelly gave their bond back without even inspecting the property for damages. Turns out there was over $4000 worth. The realestate was fine up until this point. Then they became aggressive and rude toward me, even though they had done the wrong thing. The woman owner in particular treated me in a vulgar, abusive and hostile way. They dodgily tried to repair
