Went wedding band shopping to a few other stores along Rundle Mall but this place was by far the most impressive.
Justin greeted us warmly and was very quickly able to present us with a full spectrum of simple rings with even more customisability on their computer system. He was very patient and thorough to ensure we'd have a good fit. Had a full selection of half ring size options in the comfort fit style for us to try. After visiting several other stores, we were finally able to find a good fit that we felt sure about.
They had the largest selection of precious metals we had seen thus far,

Excellent service from the very friendly and knowledgeable Belinda. Walked in to buy my wife some earrings and somehow left with more than that. It's either some fantastic selling, or top of the range products. I'm going to go with both. I will definitely be back for more, cannot praise them highly enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service you get when you walk into the Adelaide Arcade store. Justin, Belinda and the team go above and beyond in service. Justin is the go to guy talking anything antique and coloured diamonds. You can't help but have a deep appreciation for antiques after chatting to him. Justin is very modest and wont say this but has has some great design ideas too and is great to bounce jewellery design ideas on He is so welcoming and down to earth. I always have fun in the store when Sophia is around. Her energy and bubblyness is contagious and always knows what new things

Tina and the team at Gerard McCabe, Adelaide Arcade were so incredibly helpful with designing our engagement ring and wedding bands. They all always had exceptional customer service from remembering our names months between visits to being so incredibly friendly every time we spoke - not to mention how incredibly beautiful our rings are too. We got our wedding rings at Gerard McCabe and from the first time we went in it was a brilliant experience. Crystal made choosing our rings special and memorable. Having both physical examples and a digital designer helped us to design and envision our wedding rings, and personalise them.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They also helped me pick out my bridal earrings, and cleaned an antique pocket watch and other jewellery we’re wearing for our wedding. They went above and beyond for us through every step.
We’ve certainly found our go to jeweller.
