PSTN (Telephone lines) are the main connection between your Security system and the Monitoring centre however this is a recgonised weak link and prone to attack by the cutting of the telephone cable prior to any break in which results in the break-in going undetected.Where a higher level of security is required we would recommend a GPRS system is fitted, never worry about SIM cards again this is all inclusive.
