Booked online, got no response. Called, lady on the other end of the phone is rude not helpful! Not the first time she’s been rude! Already had them fix the same problem 2 weeks ago, which did not fix the problem, upon mentioning this to the lady on the phone, she became abrupt and argumentative when I was just informing her that the problem has not been fixed! She needs to learn how to talk and treat customers with more respect! Very rude woman! Not good for business!

Beyond disappointed with the job they did. Called them out to come and unblock a drain and when they left, the drain was still blocked and they said there was a tree root 10m down that was causing the issue but that they had temporarily fixed the blockage. Called Grant Goltz Plumbing to come and sort out the issue a week later and he found a drain buried right next to the pipe that Plumb Call had been working on. Cracked it open and pulled out all the tree roots and the issue was fixed in under an hour. Grant also showed me the camera going through the pipe that Plumb Call had been working on and
