Cubby College Long Day Care Centre in Concord opened its doors in 2013 after fulfilling a family dream. Cubby College owners consist of Mr & Mrs Daoud along with Mr and Mrs Malek who joined together in partnership.
Cubby College is a purpose built child care centre and was built with attention to detail, quality of care and education in mind with a central focus of being the first most Family Friendly Child Care Centre in the Canada bay Local Geographical Area situated in the heart of Concord.Finding a new education and care service for your child can be a daunting task.

Cubby College believes in providing high quality long day care therefore staff are carefully selected based on their relevant qualifications, skills and experiences in Early Childhood and share the same philosophy. They will ensure that all learning programs and the college policies and procedures are strictly adhered to by all staff, children and their families as well as daycare visitors and stakeholders.
All children have the right to experience quality child care, we believe it is important to be: warm, caring and attentive to and respectful of children's individual needs and culturally sensitive and accepting of differences in ethnic backgrounds and customs. Therefore our children will be treated equally, and each child's social and cultural background will be acknowledged and respected.
Management and Educators feel it is important to give back to those who are less fortunate than us and take the opportunity to teach children about giving. Cubby College Child Care Centre signed up with Coptic Orphans "Not Alone Program." This program is based on sponsoring less fortunate children with the aim of breaking the cycle of poverty.
Cubby College Chile Care Centre is open from 7am-6pm, 52 weeks per year and only closing on public holidays to cater for working and busy parent schedules. Cubby College caters for 56 children per day, allowing for small cubby room group environments for children to learn and develop great peer relationships.

My favourite thing about Cubby College is the educators really care about my son and have taken the extra time to build trust and get to know him. I was very nervous about starting him in daycare because he had never been looked after by anyone other than close family, but the educators were so warm and welcoming with him he loved it from day one. It a wonderful feeling to be able to take my son somewhere I know he happy to go and is genuinely cared for. There is very much a family vibe in this centre.

Our 2 children have attended cubby college and have found it great. This is the second place they have attended and you could see a much better family run feel and the stability and the experience of the teaching staff has been a real standout. If you are looking for a well run, high quality centre make sure you give it a look. Our kids love it and has had a great impact on their development.

My son has been at Cubby for close to two years now and from day 1, I've been made to feel extremely comfortable about leaving a then 10 month old in their care. Each and every staff member from the chef to the educators and the centre leader are professional, patient, extremely nurturing and genuinely make me feel like it's home away from home for my boy. Everyday I see my boy develop into this kid with new skills, new abilities, improved vocabulary and a thirst for knowledge, thanks to Cubby College.

Our daughter Maria has been attending Cubby College since he was 18 months old and I believe his attendance there for the last 28 months has complimented and worked in parallel with the way we raise him at home. There is a lot of affection at Cubby College which I believe enhances the children’s willingness to participate and learn as they feel safe and a part of the family.
He is always greeted with a warm friendly smile and on the days he’s feeling a little blue about going to school, he is greeted with understanding and compassion and soon warms up. I feel completely at ease when I leave
