We went in to look at electric fireplaces on Mar 14 (and bought at same time) - few days before shutdown. Parm was one of the nicest folks I have met and was very helpful. The fireplace unfortunately is still in a box waiting for the contractor to finish the job but we would highly recommend using Parm and Wicker Direct for fireplace (and looks like Patio Furniture from the other reviews). We have had the most amazing experience with Ranj & Parm at Wicker Direct. Their customer service, their ability to guide and assist was exceptional. We love our outdoor furniture and the fact that we now have a gorgeous backyard set up.

I bought a patio set from Wicker direct for the summer, and the customer service there was great! But what tops that is how unbelievably affordable the prices are and the amazing quality and durability of the furniture itself. Not to mention they are super comfy too ;) Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality outdoor furniture.
