OWNA initially started when two parents wanted to see what their children were up to when they were at daycare. We made an app for educators to engage with families, and quickly found out about the many other issues directors face when running a centre.
After talking to lots of our clients and taking on board their suggestions, we feel like we finally have the most comprehensive all-in-one childcare management system in Australia, and we're so happy with the progress we've made in our 5 yrs in business.Our team prides itself on our customer service.

Of course we don't get into the Early Childhood Education and Care Sector for the money, but it's something we need in order to keep doing the jobs we love. We use the Owna App at our day care. It is so user friendly and easy to navigate. The app support team are also amazing as i had an issue with retrieving very old data. We are new to OWNA, we transitioned at the beginning of this year and it has been amazing! We are a boutique service so for us to be able to use one App for everything is brilliant and such a relief.
The App is so good, the staff, parents and families all love it. We have never had so much family input as we have in the past 6 weeks since transitioning.

OWNA is by far the best CCMS out there. We decided to try OWNA out for a new centre that we opened and now we are in the process of transferring all our centres from QIKKIDS to the OWNA server. It’s really easy to use comparatively and the staff have had no issues navigating their way around the app. Another huge plus is that it deals with both the… the management side of things (CCS/invoicing/attendance) and also the curriculum side of things and since they charge per child, it’s much cheaper to run.

Owna is such a great platform that every early childhood service should be using! Everything is so easy to use, very accessible for families and staff and it has great features. Owna makes everything so much easier and has made the admin side of things much more time efficient. The customer service is outstanding and everyone is always happy to help us out with any question we may have. Love using Owna, can’t recommend it enough!

What an amazing APP, it has fast become the essential must have item for our service. Making compliance so much simpler and efficient, not to mention the benefits for our families being kept up to date in real time. The standout feature, we finally have daily feedback from families relating to our program, policies and most important daily practice.

We started using the OWNA app almost 2 years ago and we haven't looked back! It has completely changed the way we work. Communicating with parents, scheduling, billing and programming has all been made easier. It's very easy to navigate and has allowed us to manage everything in the one place. Our families absolutely love the app and are always giving us great feedback. Our educators are our greatest resource, and the app has improved their efficiency and has really supported their own professional development.

We have been with OWNA since the beginning and the app has been a game changer for our service. OWNA has customised our app to tailor the needs of our service, making scheduling, billing, programming and communication with families almost seamless. The app has streamlined our enrolment process and almost all of our day to day runnings are now managed digitally. Given the fast pace of the childcare industry it's great to know that the staff at OWNA are always very responsive to our needs. We have seen the app grow at a rapid pace and there are always new features to support industry related changes

We LOVE OWNA!!! The app is such a great platform to have all information for Early Learning Services in one place. We have used many apps before , seesaw, storypark, QK just to name a few and OWNA is leaps and bounds in front of them.
