Bought a beautiful bunch of hydrangeas from here on Saturday. 4/5 of them were completely wilted by Tuesday. Pretty disappointing for $60.

Such nice and amazing people at this florist. The flowers I have bought have looked amazing and are so colourful. One of the nicest and most beautiful florists in Sydney. Could not recommend this florist enough. Great work guys, keep up the amazing work.

Janina Florist is by far the most amazing florist I’ve come by and I’ve loved them for years. I don’t live locally but when my husband buys me flowers he always buys them from here. The ladies there,… particularly Sienny, know exactly what I like and I’ve never been disappointed. The arrangements are so colourful, different and fresh, lasting far longer than arrangements I’ve had from any other florists. Janina Florist did my wedding flowers, my mums funeral flowers, all birthday and random occasion flowers for me. I would never go anywhere else! You get what

The quality of flowers at Janina florist are superb. HOWEVER the stafff leave very little to be desired. One in particular is extremely RUDE. ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA AT ALL REGARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you don't care that you might be spoken to in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner than go for it. I was a very long standing customer but after this last time I shall not be buying anymore from them too RUDE.
I only give them one star as without the star rating I was unable to post my review.

I ordered flowers to be delivered locally next day for my sister who lives in Randwick. Order placed & payment taken. No confirmation email received and no flowers arrived! No email to contact them to ask for assistance. I live in Europe and so difficult to telephone within opening hours. But I will try again; no answer phone option! I wonder if this is a valid business or just a scam web site? Birthday now missed!

Got surprise flowers from overseas for my birthday two weeks ago and they are still alive. Service is not their strongest point but the bouquet was very tasteful and super fresh.

Customer Service is disgusting. They don't listen to you and do not want to take responsibility to their mistake. Man is absolutely rude and vulgar, especially the woman. They ruined an Anniversary surprise my husband had for me in not writing down the place correctly and assuming where it really was, saying that my husband is a liar and they will not take responsibility for it. I don't know how much my husband paid for the flowers but not worth the aggravation.
