For onsite service and assistance our technicians are always available. For non-warranty call out our fees are $185+GST for travel plus the first hour and $90+GST for each additional hour thereafter (NSW metro). For remote hands work (via remote desktop to your local PC) our fees are $90 + GST per incident.

The implementation team were brilliant. What was considered a difficult installation, they completed without complaint.
However a few months later the picture was blurred and you cannot view remotely. They did come and have a look and couldn't resolve the issue. After sale service is bad.
Update - received a sales call trying to get me to buy a new camera system. complained again the current one doesnt work. The GM called me and said he would come to my house to have a look. He never showed up or called me back. Appalling service!

I would not buy anything else from this company due to the very poor service. Unfortunately my QSEE NVR broke while in warranty and when I posted it back for repair I was told the issue was covered and would be fixed in 7-10days. It is now over 3 months and I cant get any return of dozens of phone calls, SMS & emails. I have reported this to the ACCC & NSW Fair Trading in the hope I will get my unit back or even a phone call.

Have two, other brand, systems and the DVR recorders failed on each one. The support for these was obviously in another country and could not get much sense out them. Decided to try to find an Australian company for advise and support. Did a google search and found Perisale.
From my first contact I found them to be extremely helpful. They advised me to purchase their recorders and connect my existing cameras. This all worked out fine and all working well.
Would definitely recommend Perisale.

After our old Camera system packed it in we decided to upgrade and go with a new system. Rang Perisale and talked for a good while on different options, got a quote and ordered the products. Very helpful and easy to get along with. Any install questions we had they were only too happy to talk us through. Highly recommended for there service! Will be back to them in the near future for the next project.
