I believe the previous owners of the business also used them. Obviously an operating theatre needs very thorough cleaning! We have always found this attended well. Additional to the cleaning though, we have found Dale and Roger very flexible and accommodating. We have needed them to do an extra clean at short notice, or to do something different such as scrub the tiles under the carpet we pulled up.
