Services
Interest is calculated on a daily basis and added to your loan at the end of every month. You can choose to repay principal and interest, or interest only. In repaying principal and interest, you are reducing your overall loan debt. However, if you choose to repay interest only, you do not reduce your loan amount.

It usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks between exchange of contracts and settlement. At this stage inquires and searches are carried out and legal documents necessary to finalise the purchase are prepared. On the day of the settlement, you are required to pay the balance of the purchase price. This will be done through your Solicitor who will then advise you of when and where to pick up the keys to your new property.

I’d like to thank the team for all the help they gave me with my insurance. I already had insurance I just figured I was being ripped so I contacted able. I got same day answer and after I provided a few more details I had a response in regards to within 24 hours. Turned out I had the best insurance but I would not have know this if it wasn’t for the help from able. To tip this there was no charge for this service. How good 😌

Extremely disappointing service, no acknowledgement of receipt when I forward required documents. When I eventually get hold of my broker to ask and update I am then reminded that more documentation are needed and I only found out at that point when I called I needed more documentation. If I did not call I would of never known that more documentation is required. I am already so far into the process and feel that cancelling with this broker will put me back even further. Have been calling and emailing since last week and still waiting on a response. Able finance in Darwin needs to be more responsive
