Writing another review as the response from the hotel staff on my initial review is a complete lie.
We're a party of 4 adults, two arriving earlier than the rest of us and they were told they couldn't check in without my authorisation (as I made the booking)?! Eventually after being asked multiple times, reception reached out to me via phone call (I had tried calling but couldn't get through) and I authorised the check in of the other 2 guests and completed online check in. All seemed a little bit OTT to me and unnecessary but did what was requested with no quams. Reception STILL wouldn't check

Appalling reception. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags which we were refused. We then said we will wait outside and he would call the cleaners to find out if we could get in early. We sat on the ground for two hours and were told 3 times over that course that he would check and let us know. If he told us that it was going to definitely be 2pm we wouldn’t have waited two hours. When we explained this he told us that checkin doesn’t revolve around us and that it was our choice to sit on the floor and continued to check everyone else in. To make things worse at 2pm he cancelled

Overpriced. Walls are thin so hope you have quiet neighbours. Appliances kept tripping the fuses. Pool was out of service and they didn't bother to advise when booking. Reception even gave me some extra towels for the pool when I asked but failed to tell me I couldn't use it. Regretted booking this place.

When we entered the room it was noticeably musty & smelly. The reason for this was apparent shortly after when we turned the AC on only to find it poured out water & the carpet was wet. Upon contacting the front desk we were told that it was fixed & if it was still dripping (streaming) then just let it do it because the room needs new carpet and they will just claim it on insurance. After a lot of back and fourth with the arrogant man/boy at the front desk we were told that we would not find accomodation anywhere else and if we were to leave we would still be charged the full rate because we had

My daughter was evicted from this hotel for smoking in her room. She was given 15 minutes to leave on a weekend when the manager in question would have known that no other accomodation was available. My daughter told the said manager that she had been assaulted. I telephoned to complain and the manager refused to give his name and refused to give contact details for his superiors. If he had nothing to hide then why not reveal this information. This manager showed no duty of care toward my daughter and following demeaning coments and threats has no place in Hospitality.
