Services
Acrylic premixed renders have superior water resistance and strength than traditional cement renders. They can be used on a wider variety of surfaces than cement render, including concrete, cement blocks, and AAC concrete paneling. Some premixed acrylic renders have a smoother complexion than traditional renders.
Cement rendering or solid plastering has been used since ancient times to improve the durability, weather resistance, water tightness, thermal and acoustic properties of both external and interior brick and concrete walls. From its origins, plastering of walls and ceilings with mixtures of lime, clay, sand and volcanic ashes was not very resistant to water or moisture.
Granolithic Topping is a type of construction material composed of cement and fine aggregate such as granite or hard-wearing rock. It is generally used in flooring or as paving. Granoloithic topping is used to provide a durable surface on floors, stairs and pavements where texture and appearance are usually not important.
The purpose of painting is to improve the appearance of a building and to protect it from damage by water, corrosion, insects and mold. Depending upon the building surface to be painted and on the type of paint used, paints can be rolled, brushed and some can also be sprayed.
