We are dedicated to the early detection and prevention of skin cancer. Our Doctors have many years of experience in skin cancer screening and offer a comprehensive skin check. Our GP's can also manage most skin cancer conditions, wound repair, minor suturing, insertion and removal of Implanon. We are also able to perform ECG's, Audiometry Testing, Respiratory Function testing and Warfarin testing.
Our consultation times are 15 minutes. Longer consultation times are available for complex health problems or counselling for emotional difficulties. Please inform the receptionist if you require extra time. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and doctor. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will inform you if there is an extended delay.

If you expect to be seen within an hour of your appointment you will be severely disappointed. Ignoring that, the service is awful. I had stitches taken out, but they missed three them. I have lung issues post covid and they won't even speak to me about it, on the phone or in person (2 wasted appointments). I will never use this practice again. They are awful.

I would highly recommend choosing another medical centre. Dr Millard was rude, utterly unprofessional and overly self important. One wonders how these people get through medical school? The worst experience with a doctor ever. Go elsewhere if you need to see a physician, even if you’re desperate.

To say I'm disgusted would be an understatement!
My elderly disabled family member has been going to this clinic for a while now and every time we have had issues! Dr Angelo is one of the worst Dr's I have ever come across, he is so unprofessional and rude! This clinic does not have any interest in looking After their customers it is just interested in ripping their customers off.
Dr Angelo sends my family member home in tears every single time she goes to the Dr's! He is so extremely rude and snappy towards his clients.
My disabled elderly family member has severe asthma and she finds it extremely

Avoid DR Angelo Arreza at all costs. This guy definitely got his DR's degree out of a cereal box.
All the good doctors are gone. I would not attend this place again.
Complete creep and doesn't care about his patients
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Only good thing about this place is the pleasant receptionists. Literally go anywhere else for yourself and families sake.

I recently moved to the area from the Blue Mountains where I had been use to a medical practice where an appointment actually meant an appointment. If the Doctor was running late, which was rare, the friendly, affable staff communicated this with their patients.
However, my first appointment at FTMC a couple of weeks ago saw me waiting 35 minutes and today, I waited an hour and ten minutes. I approached reception and politely asked if in fact the Doctor knew I had arrived, or if he was running unacceptably late as I had other appointments later in the afternoon.
Communication is obviously not

My partner has been coming to the Pacific Palms surgery to see Dr Joseph Tamer for a few months now. It is always such a pleasure to walk in and be welcomed by Samantha and see Dr Tamer. He is such a caring doctor, we are very privileged to have him out here. Thank you both for providing such great service at each visit. We look forward to coming back.

My story is a long one but none the less I feel the need to share it. For years I have had gyno issues with little to no awnsers continuous appointments and specialists, hospital nights and ultrasounds ect. Firstly I was told that I had PCOS and after continuous change of doctors (some just left some were just being trained there ect) I fell through the cracks of being able to have a steady doctor that helped to deal with my issues. Before and after having surgery and being told that I had endometriosis and endometrial hyperplasia + abnormal readings along with my PCOS I was being treated for my

Unethical and unprofessional. Refused to see our sick 1-year-old as we are from out of town. They would not even offer us a telehealth appointment, stating that they would not help anyone from Sydney in this way, and that we would need to call our local GP. This was after us driving for half an hour to their clinic, as they'd said originally they WOULD see us, only to call us as we arrived to tell us they wouldn't (someone on reception had misinformed us.) Be warned about this place, particularly if you are from out of town - double check they'll be willing to see you before you drive there. They

I had a sprained ankle during a long weekend and they were very friendly, competent and efficient.
From the lovely receptionist working on 05.12.2020 to the very competent Dr Angelo, I had the best experience anyone can have when you just had your holidays ruined by bad luck.
I definitely recommend this clinic, especially Dr Angelo.
I hope I won’t need a doctor on my next visit but I’m glad they’re there.
Thank you!
