We have been renting summer homes from Hopper for years now, never to be disappointed. Houses are always clean, & this year, COVID sanitized. A hurricane was a possibility while we were there (never happened!), the point being, Hopper sent an e-mail prior to the possible hit with safety instructions.

I always love working with Hopper Real estate. It was a last minute decision to rent a place for vacation. We found a great place. They made it easy to pay and with covid-19 the pick up of keys was easy and safe. Thank you hope to see you next summer

In August they ripped us off for over $200. Even with repeated phone calls and letters to get them to reconsider what they had done, we got nowhere. A 75.00 return on a 500 damage deposit was there solution.. We are in our seventies, and never have we had any part of a deposit taken out. One of their complaints was that the shower drain had some hair in it. They totally unresponsive to your concerns, and just allowed a greedy landlord to steal our money. Once they have your money, you do not exist. Go somewhere else where people at least listen to you concerns rather than just blowing you off and

Have been a loyal customer for 8 years. But no longer. This year we rented in Eastham. The owner kept our $300 security deposit accusing us of putting sand and seaweed in the dishwasher, which we did not do. The dishwasher worked fine the entire week we used it and mysteriously failed the following week. Seems like if we had plugged the dishwasher with sand and seaweed we would have had a problem with it. We absolutely did nothing to the dishwasher. In addition, even though the repair of the dishwasher cost only $95, the owner kept our entire $300. And despite being a loyal customer for 8 years
