Terrible service from Robert. Firstly over a period of 2 weeks he couldn’t confirm a day and time to see our floor boards and the remedial work required. When he eventually did confirm, he cancelled on us on a Saturday at 830am. We had cancelled previously scheduled plans for this. The professional thing to do would have been to tell us he is too busy and can not look after us so we could have looked for another provider much earlier.

Very disappointed with Rob's work - we asked for a low toxic product to be used and we got the most toxic - 2pack polyurethane. We have 2 floor specialists review the work. Firstly, this product isnt good on a baltic pine floor as it goes yellow. Secondly, there were nails were left from the carpeting without being hammered in. In the middle of each board there the old dark stain was left behind. When queried, we were told that it would remove too much of the board. We had to pay someone else for the floors to be stripped back, nails to hammered, and reapplied with a non-toxic product which were
