Services
Acupuncture is available to all animals by either needle or laser and can be quite complementing to some medical and or surgical treatments. It is performed by Dr Adrienne at both Kuranda and Mareeba clinics. We can use the laser and adjunct treatment for both muscle and tendon issues. We can help optimise your breeding program by helping with optimal timing of mating, fresh or chilled artificial insemination.
Mareeba Vet Surgery is located conveniently in the heart of Mareeba 149 Walsh Street, opposite the back of the IGA. We are a purpose built clinic, air-conditioned throughout with a spacious waiting room, off street parking and the premises are wheelchair accessible.

Hendra virus is a fatal disease of horses and humans, as such it will always be considered a business and occupational health risk. The disease has no specific or consistent clinical signs so can manifest as any other disease in the horse. Insurance companies are unable to give clear responses to the issue of Hendra virus infection and business shutdown.
