I have always enjoyed design engineering and having tangible outputs of my work was important to me. I bought myself a 3D printer for hobby purposes as no South Australian 3D printing service existed. I then decided that I would fill that void and become Adelaide's 3D printing service for commercial and student works, drawing on my education and work experience to provide a very personal and professional service like no other.
We are capable of inventing, designing, prototyping and starting the process to getting new components and inventions into the mass production phase. From a sketch on the back of an envelope, we can take it all the way to being ready to demonstrate to investors. I implore any budding inventor who is interested in bringing their idea to market and wants a designer and rapid prototyper to contact me.
One of our specialities is printing models used in the Architecture, Building and Urban Planning industries. I am a professional consultant, employed by Adelaide University to consult the architect students and lecturers on 3D printing and laser cutting for model making.
Due to stipulations by state governments for building developments over a certain limit to require a 3D model, I have provided models and consultations for many firms across the country.With user-generated models or me creating the models myself from aerial photography, measurements and CAD, 3D printing and laser cutting can create elaborate models to display your ideas.

Our network also offers laser cutting services to individuals and companies. We can design models for cutting, supply the materials and assemble models using highly accurate machines. Laser cutting for model making is recommended for long, flat and highly detailed parts. By cutting the floor plan and walls for a building, we can build a model very quickly.
3D printing for rapid prototyping is the new leading technology for functional prototypes for engineers. I am a qualified engineer myself and understand engineering real-world stress and strain issues regarding functional parts as well as many things in-between including corrosion/UV resistance and acting forces.
