Had booked in car service for today for 11am, speaking to one of the person who picked up my call from A.D. Car Care earlier this week. The gentleman who picked up my call had also explained about two key service types, approx. charges etc. but when I went in there today, the staff advised that they do not see appointment registered in the system.
Was not accomodated (though was not my fault) and was told on the face, that the company can't trust simply if we show up and advise that we have an appointment. Well unsure how I prove this but, I have the name of the person who took my call, details

Absoloutley outstanding service. I popped in to change over an alternator belt and after replacing the old belt Matt kindly declined any payment for the service even after insisting to pay him multiple times he still wouldn't accept any money, simply advising me to come back next time for any other works needed.
I definitely will be returning and would recommend any one to see him. A true honest mechanic which is rare these days!
