An orthotics is a shoe inserts to help to reduce pain or correct deformity of the foot, legs and/or back. They can be prefabricated which means they are heat mouldable and this allows modifications to be made. Another option in correcting your foot posture and gait is through a 100% custom made orthotic.

Our feet come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and are asked to do all sorts of activities. It is important to match the shoe to the foot and to the activity. Here at CQ Podiatry we pride ourselves on finding the fit that will best help you. We offer work shoes for corporate, hospitality and hospital settings; casual and outdoor; performance activities for various sports; and also a range of comfortable footwear for those with hard to fit feet.

We request payment at the time of consultation. If you are covered by a Private Health Fund please bring this with you. Both the Yeppoon and Rockhampton Clinics have access to HICAPS. This would then mean that you only have to pay the difference (Please check with your health fund for what Podiatry services are covered by your fund).
