By concentrating on Southern Suburbs we are also able to offer quick responses to emergency problems and have local knowledge of plumbing installations in the area. I was recommended these people by another plumbing company as blocked pipe specialists. Every person i have spoken to have been friendly and professional. Will was an extremely professional tradesman who knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me as he was working. Not only was he incredibly skilled at his work but was easy going and happy to have a chat and a laugh while he got the job done. My hot water tank burst on Friday night, I emailed Will for a quote late that evening, not expecting to get a reply but pretty much straight away he got back to me.
He came round Saturday morning and said that we needed a new water tank as ours had split and gave us a quote for everything and said that he could do it that day.
The quote was very reasonable, and Will completed the work quickly and efficiently.
It's hard trying to find a plumber that doesn't want to rip you off or someone that you can trust and I had trawled through a few websites, not knowing which ones to choose before deciding
