Lia industries can wash and treat most types of terracotta tiles and bring them back to there original glory without using harsh chemicals or acids just high pressure cleaning and an anti-fungal treatment which is applied after washing. In the case of water catchment the downpipes are left disconnected until roughly 20mm of rain has passed over the roof and it is then safe to collect water again.
The LEAF STOPPER system is a logical approach to practical protection of gutters and valleys. After 3 phone calls and an email I got a quote for my roof. After 2 emails, couple of texts and more phone calls trying to book the work in I gave up. If you don't want the job have the decency to say so, even by a return text would have been nice. Don't waste ppl's time. Completely unprofessional. I ended up with SRP Roofing. And they have been great so far.

Frank and his team were so professional and easy to deal with, making the whole process simple and stress free. I was kept in the loop the whole time works were being completed and was given honest advice every step of the way. They even helped me select the colour and talked me through my choices. Lia Industries Roofing were very efficient and the… whole thing was done from preparation to replacing a sky light to painting in less than one week. Would definitely recommend without hesitation. So much so I have already asked for a quote on my other investment property.
