Possibly the best spa treatment I’ve ever had! I was booked in for a scrub and hydration, half way through the scrub Anna noticed how tight my shoulders were and worked on my knots free of charge. After the session she gave me some exercises to help reduce the tension in my neck. She truly went above and beyond! Wishing I lived closer so I could come back all the time! Thank you Anna 😊

Lusciously Boutique attempted to do lash extensions on myself to where they have severely damaged my lashes. I went to another lash tech in town who charged me nothing as she was so appalled and upset, just as I was, at what they did to my lashes. My new lash tech removed the few scattered lashes Luscious beauty put on me but could not put any new ones on me due to the damage Luscious beauty had done to my lashes. For the few that was put on me as well there was no obvious different to my normal lashes, I asked about this and showed reference photo to which they replied "we do not do those kind

Calming atmosphere where staff are knowledgable about skincare and the beautiful products they stock/use, also holding tutorials with facials for teens.Tans are spot on, quick and colour just right, lasting around 4/5 wks on first coverage.eye brow waxing is affordable and gentle with great shape everytime, booking available online is super handy to keep future appointments soughted or check last minute and one of the only places i have found locally to stock No Pong organic essential oils deoderant, my fav also Vegan Nail Polish from aussies own Byron Bay.love this place and so

I paid $120 for a Brazilian underarm and half leg. I had to tell the beautician that she had missed a fair bit on my legs and she didnt even check to make sure my Brazilian was done properly (actually it wasnt even a Brazilian because she didnt do behind) 22yrs ive been getting waxed and this was one of the most disappointing. Even though im from out of town i visit regularly and will not be spending anymore money at this salon
