I would give this place 0 stars if it allowed me. Issues with hot water constantly and no proactive owner / manager. And no refunds or help. Was gaslighted re same. Will NEVER be back, beware of room 233. Cleaning staff were incredible, maintenance guy lovely. Mei receptionist trying her hardest but need 2 staff for her 1 job. Wake up management/owner. You need to spend money to make money. People want a hot shower and a bed. And no power points for business people in the 'suites'. Other customers effected during my stay.

Stayed for one night, disappointed.
Stupidity overpriced!
Staff took forever to answer the phone when called to confirm my booking.
No hot water for the night or the next morning to have a shower not even a bottle of water in the fridge.
Bed was comfortable but thats about it. Wont be wasting my money staying here again!

RACQ booked us into the hotel as our caravan needed mechanical repairs, the hotel was so much more than I expected.
I have a disability the shower doors both opened, the seat felt and was secured to the wall. We had to grab what we could out of our van before it was towed and I had forgotten bathroom needs all I had was a shower body rose.
In the shower was shampoo, conditioner and body wash the basin had hand & body lotion, hand wash and shaving cream.
The bed was beautiful, the room was spotless.
