She has been working in health and wellbeing since 2011, applying safe and fun Yoga and Fitness classes as well as Wellbeing and Nutritional events and consultations.

Yoga, meaning unity, starts with an empowering thought and can be done by anyone, anytime, anywhere. It can help you to see yourself and others with different eyes, creating acceptance, tolerance, calming the mind while shaping creative and positive thoughts along with a healthy body. Jeany is a highly qualified yoga teacher with skill, knowledge and experience who is committed to the highest and latest standards of the modern Yoga practice.
Dive deep into anatomy and pose knowledge for a safe practice that will allow you to keep the most benefits and apply it a fun and dynamic flow. This class is 75 min long for all levels and allows enough time for a complete relaxation of the mind and physical body after an uplifting and possibly challenging Yoga class.
At SoulMotion, adequate nutrition with sufficient elimination of toxins is our first priority. This can be achieved through safe detox practices and by choosing unprocessed wholefoods, eating organic produce, juicing, raw food nutrition, in cooperating super foods or all of it together. The possibilities and paths to achieving good health are as individual as you.
