It was important for me to find a place to rent that is professionally managed. Williams Lynch does this with lots of experience and high efficiency with the “FixFlo” app where I can report any issue that comes up regarding the flat. As I had moved in right after the previous tenant had left, there were several repairs that needed attention. The flat manager, Phil responded within hours and set up appointments with highly skilled technicians who all did excellent work. I was impressed! Thank you, Phil and your colleagues at Williams Lynch - keep up the great work!

After 9 years of tenancy, we have to say that it was a overall good experience. They have always treated us with professionalism and helpful attitude.
It is understandable that things didn't always go as plan, however, after listening to my friends's experience with their agencies and landlords, we must say that we are pleased with our time with Williams Lynch.
Big thank you to all who assisted us, and also big thanks to Phillip who helped us with the termination of our contract.
In summary, i would definitely recommend them.

I am a tenant and the washing machine was broken in the house. I should say that I am satisfied by the professional service that Williams Lynch is providing for the tenants. A new washing machine was ordered and timely installed in the house. A shout out and thanks to Phillip, the Property Manager for the professional support that has been provided. Among all the agencies we worked with to find a flat, Williams Lynch was the best. They were the most responsive and very quick to help when we needed it.
Since we only just moved to the UK, the trickiest part of our process was referencing (through a third party company). Williams Lynch checked in on the process often and pushed it along when they could, especially Adriana, Dene, and Onal.
