Thai Soul massage & spa provides a massage cloth for customers enjoying a traditional Thai massage. This will enable you to feel comfortable during your massage. For the aroma oil massage customers can wear their own underwear or choose to change into the paper underwear that we provide for you. Please, arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment.

I used to go to the Elsternwick one and one day I went to Caufield location. The lady from the front desk got my fidelity card and told me that in my next visit I would receive extra 15 minute of massage for free.
Today I went there expecting to receive my extra 15 minutes and the lady from the desk told me that it was an old promotion and that I should have received a voucher. I was very disappointed as I went all the way from Elwood to Caulifield to receive the bloody extra 15 min.
Besides this occasion a few time I have paid for oil massage and they forgot to use it.

The kitch decor transports you to another world, I actually loved my massage room. It was super warm, and the bed was comfortable.
And then there was the massage - possibly the best I’ve ever had! I’ve had tons of differing forms of massage, plus, my body is suuuuper right and messed up - all the spots that hurt me were focused on without asking, I was stretched and massaged till I fell asleep at the end with my foot massage.
Highly recommend - I will be back!

Very average. If only the owner spent less money on the fancy interior and more money on hiring qualified masseurs. My therapist clearly didn’t know what she was doing. As soon as I laid down on the bed for my treatment, it was wet and felt disgusting. They didn’t even think to invest in a towel warmer for customers. Rather, enjoy your wet rag.

This is definitely our favourite Thai massage place out of quite a few in the surrounding area.
The warm, wooden fitout inside helps you to forgot the outside world for the time you're in there. Also, the rooms are always clean and the temperature, music and lighting is very pleasant and relaxing. Most importantly, a good range of massages are available and the masseuses are good at asking about the desired intensity early in the massage to ensure you are comfortable.
To top it off, the staff are friendly and professional. While the prices aren't the cheapest going around, you get what you pay

Very good massages. It looks small from the front, but it's actually quite large after you go through reception and is very Thai inspired. My partner and I both went at the same time; I had the deep tissue massage to get rid of a knot in my shoulder blade while my partner went for a relaxing massage.
Even though the masseuse was a tiny Thai lady, she had very strong hands and did a great job on my large frame. My muscles were sore afterwards, but relaxed properly in the evening. I slept like a baby and my shoulder blade isn't annoying me anymore.
Good prices as well for an hour long massage.
