Freeman was highly professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. He came to our house to assess our requirements and gave us an accurate and transparent quote, which was very helpful as our house did not fit the website-only standard options given by all the other cleaners I contacted.
He communicated very well through the whole process from estimate to booking to delivery, and was unfailingly pleasant and courteous. His team were right on time and highly effective, leaving our house spotless for the new tenants. Very pleased with this service and will use them again. Highly recommend.

After having another company cancel on me last minute I found Privilege cleaning, Lilly & cleaning team were great! Asked them to come to do an End of Lease clean on such short notice and they managed to fit me in. Cleaning was immaculate, Lilly's professionalism and quick responses is highly commendable. A bit of an accident where one of the cleaners had broken a shower shelf but they were quick to reimburse for the new shelf. Highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again :-)

Very disappointing experience, avoid them at all costs. We hired Privilege Cleaning to do a standard end-of-lease clean of a one-bedroom furnished apartment. Despite explicitly telling us that they would move the furniture to clean (e.g. move the couch to clean under it), they didn't. The real estate agent said that it didn't look like they had done any cleaning at all, so either Privilege Cleaning did a very light-touch clean or they lied to me when they said they cleaned. They clearly prefer the 'once off' cleans so they can charge more. Regular cleaning is 'too stressful'. I had two requests when I asked for the quote, no bleach and to use my steam mop as I am sensitive to chemicals. A new 'team' did my last clean and I was assured they knew my requirements. Smelt bleach and asked what he was using on my concrete dining table - bleach. Asked them both not to use bleach. Half hour later, I go into the bathroom and smell bleach, ask her what she's using - bleach. She says 'I thought it was ok!'. So either they aren't very smart, don't listen or their English is really
