Amazing company to deal with - from start to finish. Great customer service made the whole initial process a breeze. Installers were extremely professional, hard working, friendly, tidy and punctual. Solar Arena installed 2 x solar systems in November 2019 (11.1kW's). The installation was top notch. The disappointing aspect was the commissioning of the Sunny Boy inverters - they worked in terms of generation and export, but I had no Sunny Portal access. The inverters were not connected to my home WiFi - for essential monitoring and support. This was a major failing in my view. Solar Arena failed to commission the 2 x systems. I have been hassling them about this failing for the past 6 months and fair play, out of the blue I received a call from their new technician - Martin. Whilst still difficult

AMAZING Solar company!!!! Jon was excellent at answering our questions (and we had alot of them!!). Drazen was excellent at the installation. They installed within ONE day of us signing our contracts!! They were so courteous and tidy as well during the installation. Mandy was great for all our admin needs. Overall, wonderful service. Highly recommend for any solar needs!!
