We started our journey with Crystal Pools about 12 months ago. They were very professional in obtaining the approvals from Council. The coordination with the builder was also very impressive to minimise delays. The quality of the work could not have been any better. The technology that controls the pool and spa was also simple and effective.
We are enjoying the pool and spa everyday as we have gas heating and a heat pump which work extremely well. As we put solar panels on the roof the heat pump costs us nothing to run and i would highly recommend installing one with the pool construction.

We engaged Crystal Pools in 2020 to build our inground, concrete pool and spa. We were extremely happy with our Project Manager (Jesse) and all the trades that Crystal placed on our job.
Not the cheapest pool builders but certaily on top of the list as far as quality and job management goes.
We can highly reccommend Crystal Pools and just love the finished product we have.

Crystal pools were a great company to deal with. All the trades were experienced & professional. The pool turned out perfect with no dramas, delays or hiccups on the way. Recently our pol was finished, in general construct went well, our site supervisor Jess was great, we had a few little concerns with trades (poor interpersonal comms and a bit messy) and any time there was an issue he sorted it out straight away. The office staff were very helpful if we needed help and paperwork always processed quickly. Overall, from start to finish we are very happy with Crystal pools.

We put in a pool with Crystal Pools and couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome. We had Jess Taylor as our supervisor and he was fantastic. Jess made sure we were aware of what was going on at every stage during the build, and ensured we were prepared for all decisions so that the build could proceed without undue delay. The family love the pool and we are happy to recommend Crystal to everyone.
