Absolutely thrilled with the sanding and re-coating of our 16 year old timber floors. The water based matt finish looks amazing. Great communication from the staff at Planet Timbers before, during and after the job. Special mention to Jeremy for attending our house on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend this company.

There are "standards" and their are other others "standards"
Planet Timbers do little more than employ ordinary sub-contractors to do their installations, and minimum standards (in their eyes) are all they are concerned about while the customers can (like us) go begging. Originally we afforded them a three stars in a review, but have revised it down after their Management and installation supervisor refused any rework. The Solid Timber Floors Planet Timbers were contracted to do, are well below the standards achieved by another who installed the same type of floors eighteen months ago. Sensible
