Having previous renovation experience, we knew how complicated renovations can be. So, we approached the idea of a major extension and renovation to our home with some trepidation, expecting the usual problems and stresses. However, we were wrong.
The choice of Brindabella was not a simple task. They weren’t the cheapest quote, nor were they the most expensive, however the confidence and knowledge shown by their team started from our first meeting and did not abate – and still hasn’t!

We had the best renovation experience with Brindabella. John, Karen, Robyn and the whole team are extremely knowledgable, experienced and professional. They looked at our house, listened to what we wanted, and came back with great ideas that resulted in renovations that are well designed, high quality, and most importantly, completed on time and within budget. There were no surprises. They helped us to renovate a one-bedroom apartment (a guest suite), a bathroom, and helped to open up our main living space by removing a wall and creating a large serving window to our kitchen with a beautiful white

I'm very unimpressed with my experience of Brindabella. My initial consult over the phone should have raised red flags. Almost the first thing I was told was a warning that "Just so you know, we are a luxury bathroom company" and that I should expect their quoted price to match this "high-end" aspiration. This was immediately insulting and condescending, particularly as the reason I had enquired with Brindabella in the first place was because I was seeking a high-end finish. I was then told that the dimensions of my bathroom would mean that it would be quoted as a 5 square metre bathroom and would
