Disgustingly rude & foul mouthed staff member turned up to measure up for work not required/requested for our property. Didn’t bother to knock or announce himself. After pointing this out to him, he unleashed the single most unprofessional and foul mouthed tirade I have ever witnessed - all the while yelling how he’s the professional roofer. After lodging complaints through both our insurer & the building company, still have heard nothing from Signature Roofing. Avoid at all cost.

Untrustworthy: I received a quote by the owner for replacing rusting screws in a colourbond roof in Nov. The quote received was $3,999.00. To provide the business with an opportunity to explain or reconsider their quote I asked the hours it would take and why it was so expensive for replacing bolts. The response emailed was "Unfortunately, Signature Roofing are unable to provide a breakdown of the costs as the quote supplied for this work has been based on the complete job. Signature Roofing do not provide break downs on components within the quote that are not feasible to complete individually
