They may be nice guys and sweet talkers but when they're busy they simply don't care about new clients.
After waiting for a quote for over a month which we never received, we ended up going elsewhere. I called the owner Edie to give them another chance and asked why after over a month and extensive follow ups and promises from their staff saying tomorrow, next week, this afternoon etc. etc. and still no quote and if they can't send the quote soon let us know so we can hire another company and he said he's busy and to take my business elsewhere and simply hung up on my face. I was shocked! This
