Andy O'Brien joined the company in 2005. Andy takes care of all the service calls and warranty issues whilst still squeezing in a few installations! We have Andy's positive attitude and outgoing nature to thank for the high moral of all our employees. He is a true gentleman, and this shows with the outstanding customer service he provides. Would definitely recommend these guys. Very helpful and informative quoting procedure - They knew their stuff! They front office was always attentive. The service itself was fantastic. Great crew... on-time .. professional .. polite .. prepared the surrounds for work with covers and tarps and cleaned up after the job ... always asked for my OK if they needed something or had to do something a bit different. And the result is A1. Don't get fooled by "el-cheapos" or "AAAAAAir-Conditioning" types.. you will regret it later,

Having a room built,- needed to have the original AC moved further along a wall - and they will be back to install a new unit in the new room.
The company was responsive to our request, the boys did a great job, turned up on time, knew exactly what to do - where fast and efficient. Would highly recommend. Good value also.

The Ben Rafferty team installed a reverse cycle split system Daikin air conditioner in my apartment a few months ago. Every step of the process from initial quote through to customer aftercare was handled with utmost professionalism. Ben Rafferty were prompt with all communication, they arrived on time, their pricing is competitive and they were flexible and accommodating when we needed to reschedule due to lockdown restrictions.

The team from Ben Rafferty's did an extremely professional job of installing a ducted air-conditioning system for us. They were efficient, punctual, professional, pleasant and easy to work with.
They took the time to talk through the job with us and explain what they were doing and where vents would work best.
