Goulburn Valley Finance Brokers will arm you with all the information you need to help you to own your home. With access to hundreds of loans from a wide variety of lenders, we will work with you to find the loan that suits your individual needs. We are here to do the legwork for you and arrange a time to meet and present the right options.
Variable Home loans are most common loan offered by Lenders. The rate fluctuates according to the market index, as set by the Reserve Bank and the margin applied by the lender. Your regular repayments pay off both the interest and some of the principal. You can also choose a basic variable loan, which offers a discounted interest rate but can have fewer loan features, such as a redraw facility, offset and repayment flexibility.
Extra repayments lowers your principle balance and lowers the interest charged. By making extra repayments, this allows you to pay off your loan more quickly; even small regular payments will help in the long run. Weekly or fortnightly repayments - allows you to make your secluded repayments on a more regular basis.
All lenders have different policies in the way they make their decisions and depending on the lender, the amount information requested can differ. Straight from the start these guys were great. The ladies at the counter were terrific. Jess, Rachael & Cathy were always polite and quick to return calls & emails or have any questions answered. "I went to GV Finance brokers and spoke to Simon after a referral from a friend for the setup of my home loan.
Having never built a house before I was unsure of the process. Simon was clear and upfront and explained things in terms I could understand. He was also happy to take my calls if I had any follow up questions (and there were a few)
