The staff at architectural hardware are very rude. When the handles I bought and collected myself were plastic looking and faulty they told me I would still need to pay 30% re stocking fee! They were very unsupportive of my return and said I would have to contact the distributor myself! Terrible customer support. I was made to talk to the distributor on the phone myself in the showroom it was highly embarrassing and very unprofessional.

We had a broken drawer handle and the team at architectural design (predominantly the gentlemen downstairs) were extremely helpful. Although they could find the exact copy of what we were after they tried their hardest to find a solution for us. The best customer service I have experienced in a while. Highly recommend this place.
