Never in my life have I experienced someone as arrogant and unprofessional as the owner Reuben Kelley. We had ducted air installed in our new home 6 months ago. It was very noisy for 4 months then completely died. They sent out a technician who fiddled about in the roof for an hour then said it was a fuse and it was fixed. It wasn't. I rang Mr Kelley and he said that he wouldn't send someone else out, we just were not "using the controls properly". Completely perplexed my husband and I went in to AFA air and spoke to Mr Kelley where a heated exchange occurred and he slammed the door in our face

The best advice, the best price, professional quoting and install. Very nice guys all round from both partners quoting and checking on the job to the install guys and delivery. We got around 7 quotes and there were some crazy figures being thrown around by the opposition who quoted on units that were bigger than we needed. This Daikin is so quiet, efficient, its like its hardly working. We did upgrade the insulation in the roof and the controls are so nice. I cant wait to see my electricity bill because I know this unit will pay for itself in saved money. It delivers a very comfortable warmth.

The the time your air con breaks down in the middle of a heatwave?? ☹ Its not nice but the team at AFA AIR were there with us every step of the way 😀... our system was checked very quickly, the admin team assisted us and the technicians who attended were great, we are now relaxed in our cool home! You don't realize how much you need air conditioning until you don't have it.
