Excellent! We've been searching for blinds to fit awkward sized windows for a while. Half price blinds offered great options on sizes, colour and texture, all at amazing prices. Ordered 3 blinds, all arrived in less than a week, great product and fitted with ease! Now to order the rest of them, from Half price blinds.

Well that didn't go well... I messaged them via their website if I can pick up a bigger double roller blind at a Perth store as inconvenient for us to have home delivery. I kindly got a call the same day from a customer service rep who said they would send me an a direct email and I could organise the delivery that way. They also said my online quote seemed a bit high and they would look into that for me. Well, I emailed them back the same day..but no reply. Left it a day and resent the email but still no reply. We have been a ABC / Half Price Blinds customer a couple of times for a number of different

I am a returned customer of HPB. Previously i have bought all my blinds from them. This year i have continued to use HPB. There were some issues with the delivery but Ian solved them immediately and went above the service. I am not sure if Ian is a pseudo name for their sales, but they have definitely made a commodity business works by superb service to win more business! Cheers, Eddie

Highly recommend half price blinds for quality product and great customer service, we had a bit of a hiccup with an earlier order but the staff were so helpful and continued until our issue was resolved. We are on a bit of a budget and when I touched base with their customer service to enquire about up coming sales I chatted with the lovely Ian who gave us a discount so I could proceed with my order. I am happy we went with half price blinds as even though they are not the cheapest out there the quality is far superior and the customer service is exemplary. Thanks again Ian, and the customer support

I think that this business may have changed hands recently.
In the past I've bought sufficient blinds from them to equip three rental houses with no problems.
I recently bought two blinds, and the slats were not the sizes ordered.
The companies reaction and lack of customer service is staggering.
I've only given one star as they did arrive in reasonable time.
Used to be good, not anymore.

Ordered the blockout vertical blinds. They only have your coloured fabric on one side, and plain white facing outwards of your building which i don't particularly like, as a result you can only open the blinds one way or else you see the plain white from inside your room. It doesn't tell you abut this on the webpage. 1 track arrived with a broken clip, they did send replacement clip, but they take a bit of effort & thinking to change it & swap the new piece onto the track, especially when the fitting was not the first one on the rail. Be extremely careful when ordering, I had the order disappear

Great blinds, worst customer service! Received my blinds but no safety cleats.
Not sure why they have a phone number when they never answer, always goes through to voicemail then they never call you back! Had to submit a contact form online to get a call back 24hrs later who then advised. When the guy calls, he tells me no staff on, no apology, was rude and abrupt and advises will post them out when he can!! I had to hung up, he was sooo rude!!!
Sorta feels like, take my money and no after Care service!
