Absolutely disgusting service. booked a holiday rental check in time was 2pm at 1.30pm they call us to tell us they have to cancel, I had paid in full. when trying talk her on what we do as we just travelled to be there and kids were excited she shrugs her shoulders saying not her problem. definately would not reccomend using bargara real estate. rude, arrogant staff.

They are in it for the quick commission and do not care about the vendor at all. I spoke to Bruce and made an appointment to view a property in Coral Cove, I informed him I was driving up from Brisbane and if anything changed to inform me, after driving the 4 hrs, I called Bruce to firm up a time and he informed me he sold the property. He told me he had 200+ inquiries, yet he showed only 4 people through and instructed the owners to take the first offer they received to get a quick commission. I called the owner of the real estate, and he laughed at me. I later found out the

I used Bargara Real Estate to rent through while I was working in Wide Bay. Rita was fantastic. Nothing was an issue and when things needed fixing it was quickly sorted out - once in under 2 hours! 21 days out from our Bargara Christmas holiday, I get a phone call. Bargara Real Estate. we regret to inform you but we have to cancel your booking. A booking I made in January this year. Paid the deposit and was blissfully unaware that the real estate I trusted with my holiday accommodation was to ruin my Christmas by cancelling the accommodation at the last minute. Oh we haven't managed that property for some time. Great thanks, so lucky for me you were checking what cleaners you needed and low and be hold there is a booking from someone who thought ahead and trusted you to keep your promise

Staff are all helpful. We have rent through Bargara real estate last year. And the agent Dianne is always replied fast and helped us to have an amazing experience for our first renting.
Just a shame they don't have many rental properties around Bundy. Or we would definitely go with them again!
