Commercial properties generally encounter Rodents, Spiders, Birds, Cockroaches and Stored Product Pests (weevils).
Your family's safety is paramount to us, that's why at Gary Robinson's Pest Control we use the most environmental pest management that is available to us. Most domestic houses encounter SPIDERS like the Red Back, White Tail and Black House Spider. Spiders are usually an outdoor pest mainly harbouring around window and door frames and any other type of crack or crevice, however over time they are now showing up inside.
Termites can travel underground for long distances, anywhere up to 100-150 meters. Termite queens can live for 30 years or more so once a nest has established itself the nest can be a problem for quite a long time. Generally people find damaged timber before they find the termites like a door frame, skirting board or window frame.
