Inspired by his father, Dr David Tankard who graduated from Liverpool University in 1964, Dr Daniel set out to become a dentist, choosing The University of Adelaide to complete his schooling. At Tankard Dental, Dr Tankard enjoys meeting all kinds of patients and helping them overcome pain while improving their oral health.
Our practice is just across the street from the shopping mall, with free one or two-hour parking out front. You can also bus in from local neighbourhoods. Our family dental practice was established nearly 30 years ago. Now a network of sister offices, we bring hometown care to more families than ever before. As a Medicare provider, we also care for a large number of children, teens and young adults. We see patients from 18 months old to 90 years young.
Tankard Dental was founded 30 years ago, soon branching out to multiple locations. We're one of the largest practices in Victoria, with nine dentists, two dental hygienists and visiting surgeons that serve the needs of our patients. At our Robinvale location, all ages are welcome, from 18-month-olds to those in their 90s.
Tankard Dental was founded in Mildura over three decades ago. Since that time, we've grown to more practice locations and serve the Ouyen area with excellent dental care. Our experienced, qualified team is here for all ages. As one of the largest dental clinics in Victoria, we have a dentist who visits Ouyen to meet the needs of our patients.

I visited Tankard Dental for a few issues and was so pleased with the care Dr. Silvia provided. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one with exceptional knowledge and professionalism. She has a very kind demeanor that makes her patient feel comfortable and heard.
The team gives quotes of any work they suggest so you will know all costs upfront and they really help to make informed decisions for the best services.
Not being from Mildura and only living here temporarily, I was worried about which dentist to choose but I cannot recommend Tankard Dental and Dr. Silvia enough!

Dr Tania is so kind and good!
I was really worried to visit Dentist in Mildura and i didnt expect much about it but she was so good!
I higly recommend all the people who is in mildura to this place!
People who is infront of the desk(reception desk) is also very kind :)
And the price is not overcharged.

Had teeth cleaned today, overpriced for those without health insurance. $130 for a 5 minute clean and didn’t even include a brush, polish or fluoride afterwards. Was kicked out immediately with not even 30 seconds to sit up and compose myself. Felt like a number not a customer 😬

Tankard have been amazing with being able to fit me in last minute (During COVID-19 mind you) to have work done on my teeth, I needed quite some work done and they were very accommodating throughout the entire time. After not being able to afford work for quite some time, it has been a massive relief to be able to get work done and be able to afford a payment plan. These guys are all very professional and have been nothing short of amazing. I have been seeing Dr Davinder, him and his assistants are absolutely incredible, very comforting and informative during the whole process. I could not recommend

After a bad incident at the dentist years ago in Melbourne, I was always so worried and scared to go to the dentist.
For the past few years I have gone to Tankard dental in Mildura and couldn't recommend them enough, they make me feel very comfortable with friendly staff and great service each and every time.
I've never been happier to show off my pearly whites, with thanks Daniel Tankard and the amazing team.
