I was desperate for a cut after having a not-so-great hair cut from another salon. The ladies were very lovely and helpful, and were more than willing to squeeze me in last minute to fix my hair.

Amy is the most talented hairdresser I have ever had.. for the very first time I actually walked out with tears of happiness.. no other hairdresser had done what I asked, always crazy charge and leave disappointed.. Today I found the best salon with the friendliest staff and Amy.. I will never go anywhere again.. if you haven't been to Raptcha’u, you are truly missing out.. 10/10 for everything and also the most comfortable basin and chair in my 30 years of having my hair coloured.. thankyou so much Amy, in 4 hours I had more compliments even from strangers asking who did my hair, so happy
