In a competitive field I chose Solar Matters not only because of price but also the effort and time Alex put into assessing our solar needs and providing initial, then follow-up advice. To have the installation done by his business partner, Stephan – not just a sub-contractor – was very reassuring and we have been very happy with the outcome. I like to comment on the service that was provided to me by Alex solar matters and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I would like to point out prior dealing with Alex i was dealing with another solar company here in Perth no names and treated me like a mushroom and kept in the dark for four months. So i would recommend who is ever getting their solar installed, please look up solar matters before you decide. Alex and his company are impeccable and dedicated to their customer base. I do not give reviews but in this case, i felt it was important so that people out there can see what i experienced

Alex and the team were not the cheapest (I was not looking for cheapest), but were able to get me the components I wanted at a very reasonable price.
The team were efficient extremely neat and tidy and Alex was able to answer all my questions at any time.
The guys ensured they set-up my monitoring and left me a very satisfied customer. We've recouped more than 5% of our total outlay (after rebates) in the first full month.

Needed a solar inverter replaced and approached Alex (Solar Matters) for a quote. Alex was extremely quick and efficient in getting a quote, and was excellent in communicating throughout the process. The solar inverter delivery was delayed (courier company's fault, not Alex's), but he kept me updated throughout. Came out and installed the inverter late on Friday night and did a great job. Is also very knowledgeable about solar batteries and other systems and energy monitoring. Top stuff!
