At Smartech Door Systems we make motorized window, door and wall systems that open vertically. All of our custom windows and doors are elegant and strong and operate with ease.

I recently audited Smartech and I was very impressed with their level of engineering expertise and the fantastic products they are designing. I was also impressed with the level of testing they have completed on their bespoke modular horizontal hinge window system. Smartech systems were tested locally to AS 2047 as well as AS 4284 and more than met the performance standards.

Smartech Folding doors, windows, walls or louvres let nothing get in the way. Uniquely folding overhead, our folding windows, doors and walls open to create unimpeded spaces. Unlike bifolds, they do not stack to the side or require a floor track, creating a wide-open space. The compact and elegant folding mechanism was designed to suit applications with limited space around the window, door, wall or louvers.
Our Folding Doors can be fully glazed, so it offers excellent flexibility. We think it is especially useful where glass is used extensively, and it's most suited to the larger openings in buildings, like in commercial offices, showrooms and entrances. Additionally, our Folding Doors can be clad in a wide variety of claddings to match the building facade.
Our vertical folding window beautifully enhances wider and higher servery counters in food, bar or bistro areas. These aluminium windows open easily to fully access the entire counter. Spanning widths up to 5500 mm, it can transform to become a fold up operable window in entertainment areas. When combined with a glazed balustrade, our bifold windows feature as a balcony window, effortlessly letting the outside in.
