We were informed about Bundaberg Removals via the real estate agent we were dealing with to purchase our new home in Innes Park. Our experience when we visited the main off ice was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our communications with the office staff up to the day prior to pick up at our former address was also more than satisfactory. We were informed that the pickup would be at a certain time and date and that was exactly hat happened. A little surprised to see that the truck parked virtually outside our house the night before but that let for an early start to loading.

We moved from Waterford (south of Brisbane) to Bundaberg and Bundaberg Removals were great. All contacts prior to the move with the office were very positive and the removal itself went without any issues. Jason and Jon arrived at our house around the middle of the day and had everything loaded and left late in the afternoon. We had them pack our TV which was worthwhile - only cost an extra $50. Our furniture was delivered to our new Bundy address and again everything went well. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason and Jon - Jason has an amazing memory for where furniture came from in the old
