Transitioning students into the professional industry, ACPA provides a variety of secondary and tertiary qualification options for South Australian artists. ACPA is a performing arts institute that encourages the opportunity for students to follow their aspirations to become professional performers and/or teachers.
Services
The Australian Company of Performing Arts is an Adelaide based studio offering students a complete education in all facets of the performing arts; DANCE, VOCAL, DRAMA and PERFORMANCE. Our aim is to provide each and every student with a positive, electric atmosphere that fosters confidence and creativity whilst teaching the skills and technique required to reach their desired results.
Knowing I can create an environment for students to develop, connect and create is incredibly important to me. It is integral that our studio not only facilitates growth but also is a safe space for students to become aspiring performers. We introduce you to our State of the Art purpose built facility that hosts six professionally fitted studio spaces with internationally standard sprung flooring. ACPA is home to many South Australian families, but we also open our doors to professional touring companies, production teams, workshop facilitators and dance studio owners who have the option of hiring one of our beautifully fitted studio spaces.
Invoices for the next term will be emailed to you a few weeks prior to the start of that term. Please ensure we have your current email address. Credit Card payments will incur a 1.87% surcharge. Please note that your payment will show up as a payment to Ezidebit on your statement, which is our online credit card provider.
At ACPA, we have a great variety of Dance and Performing Arts classes including, Dancestar, Minnies, Boys Hip Hop and Junior Kids Hip Hop. This incredible pre-school program teaches kids about dance in a fun and exciting environment. This national syllabus allows children to develop alert minds, healthy bodies and strong character.

ACPA has been my dance home for many years now i and i couldn’t recommend it enough...all the teachers are loving and caring and push us as students to achieve the best we can.

My daughter has been a part of the ACPA family for the last 10 years. She has learnt all aspects of dance, musical theatre and singing at a high level. She has also been apart of the Dance Academy and is now studying full time dance in readiness for her to go to the next level in her life/career. We have been very happy with her training and she has made some fabulous friends and had so many wonderful experiences and memories to treasure of her time at ACPA. I can highly recommend ACPA

ACPA has been a massive part of my life for the past 5 years. After doing many years of full time training and also after hours classes, i can safely say that this school has had such an incredible impact on my life. It is so much more than a dance school, it is a home for me.

I highly recommend to NOT bring your kids here. I have been here and can confirm the truth of how I was treated poorly by some student and teachers. You pay for your child to learn how to dance but reality your also paying for your child to feel worthless. This dance school is all about their ego. they push students down to raise others up. If you want a dance school to feel like a ‘family’ then this is not the one for you..

5 starts just aren't enough to truly be able to rate the ACPA. Our experience with the staff has been very professional and you can see the dedication and enjoyment the teachers have for their classes as well as the joy and commitment the students give them in return. No hesitations in recommending the ACPA to anyone interested in the performing arts.

My daughter has been at ACPA for the past thirteen years and in that time I have seen it grow into the most complete performing arts studio you could hope for. It is so much more that a dance school and it does prove that it is possible to be "all things to all people" that are looking to be involved in the performing arts. Children to adults; beginners to advanced; it caters for everyone.

ACPA welcomes students of all ages, backgrounds and performance abilities and offers dancing, singing and acting. Regardless of whether you are performing for the first time or have been doing it since you could walk and talk, you will be offered a wonderful amount of support, encouragement and guidance.
The teachers are amazingly talented and not only inspire through their choreography, but through their caring and energetic natures. When you commence a dance class for example, all your problems slip away and you find a confidence in yourself that you never knew you had.

These guys are the best dance teachers EVER and they are loved by all their students - kids and adults alike - for their commitment, creativity, dance skills, passion, choreography, technique and fantastic attititude. It's not just about dance at ACPA, it's a lifestyle !!
